Dov Seidman is the Founder, Chairman, and CEO of LRN. Leading companies such as Disney, Dow Chemical, eBay, Johnson & Johnson, Procter & Gamble, Raytheon, and 3M turn to LRN to help management govern more effectively and workers do the right things the right way, even in the most challenging of situations. Dov is a Harvard Law School graduate who also earned a bachelor's and master's degree in philosophy from UCLA, and a BA with honors in philosophy, politics, and economics from Oxford University.

Mats Lederhausen
After many years as both a joint venture partner and senior executive of McDonald’s Corp. (where he played a key role in one of the most successful corporate turnarounds in recent history), Mats Lederhausen formed BE-CAUSE, a company focused on building businesses with a purpose bigger than their product. Mats also serves as Chairman of the Board of Business for Social Responsibility and on the board of trustees of Ronald McDonald House Charities. He was named one of Crain’s Chicago Business’ “40 under 40” to watch, and the World Economic Forum honored him as a “Global Leader of Tomorrow” in 2000.

Steve Kerr
Steve Kerr is the former chief learning officer and a managing director of Goldman Sachs, where he remains a senior advisor. Steve came to Goldman Sachs from General Electric where he was vice president of corporate leadership development and chief learning officer, including responsibility for GE's renowned leadership education center at Crotonville.
He has previously served on many university business school faculties, including the University of Southern California, where he was dean of the faculty and director of the Ph.D. program.
Steve is a former president of the Academy of Management. His writings on leadership are among the most cited and reprinted in the management sciences.

Andrew Shapiro
Andrew Shapiro founded GreenOrder in 2000 and has developed it into a pioneering firm, which Fortune called “the go-to consulting company for green business.” Since 2004, he has worked with General Electric's senior management on the creation and implementation of its award-winning "ecomagination" initiative.
Andrew is also co-founder and chairman of GreenOrder Ventures, which creates and invests in cleantech and green businesses, and serves on the advisory boards of a number of companies.
Andrew has written two books that have been published in five languages and previously served as a senior advisor to the Markle Foundation; project director at the Aspen Institute, where he has led seminars since 1998; lecturer at Columbia and Yale law schools; and research fellow at Harvard, NYU and The Century Foundation.

Ben W. Heineman Jr.
Ben Heineman Jr. worked for GE for nearly 18 years, most recently as senior vice president for law and public affairs. He is currently a senior fellow at Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government, a distinguished senior fellow at Harvard Law School and senior counsel to the law firm of Wilmer Hale.
Ben’s book “High Performance with High Integrity” was published in June 2008 by the Harvard Business Press.
A frequent writer and lecturer on business, law and international affairs, Ben is a fellow of the American Academy of Arts and Sciences, a member of the National Academy of Science’s Committee on Science, Technology and Law, and recipient of the American Lawyer’s Lifetime Achievement Award and the Lifetime Achievement Award of Board Member Magazine.

Thomas M. Kostigen is a columnist and author who has traveled the world to environmental hot-spots to investigate and write about global warming, government policies and social issues.
