Survey: Confidence in Business, Banks Rises
Americans have slightly more confidence in banks and business than in 2009, found a survey. Twenty-three percent have confidence in banks (1 percent higher) and 19 percent do in big business (a 3-percent gain). At the bottom of the list: Congress.
